My family and I absolutely loved Fusion Everest Kitchen! It is a Nepali/Indo-Chinese food truck. We ordered veg steamed momos, which were perfectly chewy and the filling was great along with the mango lassi, which was clearly freshly made. The manchow soup paired amazingly with the vegetable fried rice and veg chowmein. We also ordered paneer tikka masala and naan, which had good flavor. The atmosphere was pretty chill, with a small patio and some picnic benches next to the food truck, although there was a lot of cars moving around, but that is expected considering that it is in a parking lot. But that did not stop the staff from being very helpful and friendly. Service was great and food arrived between 10-15 mins after order. If you are visiting Austin, or near Austin, I strongly encourage eating at Fusion Everest Kitchen.

Ordered 3 items and got to say they were are horrible. Please skip this place not worth it, I ended up throwing the food away it was that bad. 1. Butter chicken, the chicken was dry and overcooked (tasted like rubber). The flavor was lacking 2. Biriyani also had overcooked chicken and did not have flavor, also it seems they used cheap rice 3. Chicken 65, again overcooked but it did have some flavor 4. Naan was bad also (tasted old)

"If you’re looking for authentic, delicious street food, this is the spot. The service was lightning-fast, which is a lifesaver for a quick lunch break. I recently visited Fusion Everest Kitchen with a group of friends around 2:00 a.m., and it turned out to be an excellent late-night dining experience. Finding a place open at that hour and serving quality Indian and Nepali food is impressive on its own, and this spot truly delivered. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with the Jhol Momo. The momos served in a flavorful curry-based sauce were outstanding and easily the highlight of the meal. The texture, seasoning, and overall taste were exceptional. We also ordered Chow Mein, which came in a very generous portion—enough for two people to share comfortably. The fried rice was equally satisfying, well-cooked, and full of flavor. The chicken biryani was good and enjoyable, though not the standout compared to the other items. The Manchurian soup was flavorful, and the mango lassi was refreshing and well-balanced. All the dishes were not only appealing in presentation but also had an inviting aroma, which added to the overall experience. The mango lassi didn’t seem like mango lassi, too much food color, mango lassi was red in color and looks unhealthy. The taste was not good. Fired rice was great and tasty. Buff sadeko was not the best but it was good, the down part was I found the plastic on the food. You need to make sure not to have such foreign objects inside the food.
